Refund Policy

1. Session Deposits

  • All deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable.

  • The deposit guarantees your session date and time and compensates for the time and resources reserved exclusively for you.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel your session:

    • More than 1 days notice: Your deposit may be credited toward a future session, subject to availability.

    • Less than 1 days notice: The deposit is forfeited.

  • One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 1 days notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee and deposit are non-refundable and the session will not be rescheduled.

4. Digital Products and Prints

  • Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable photos, online galleries, or delivered images), all sales are final once images are delivered.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

    • Client dissatisfaction with poses or appearances

    • Change of mind after purchase

    • Download or technical issues not related to our platform (but we’re happy to help resolve any issues you encounter!)

5. Service Cancellations by Photographer

  • In rare cases where we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances:

    • We will make every effort to reschedule your session.

    • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of your deposit and any payments made will be issued.

6. Product Defects

  • If prints or products arrive damaged or incorrect:

    • Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

    • We will gladly replace defective items at no cost.
