1. Session Deposits

All deposits made to secure a booking are non-refundable.

The deposit guarantees your session date and time and compensates for the time and resources reserved exclusively for you.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel your session:

More than 1 days notice: Your deposit may be credited toward a future session, subject to availability.

Less than 1 days notice: The deposit is forfeited.

One-time rescheduling is allowed with at least 1 days notice, subject to availability. Additional reschedules may incur a fee.

3. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee and deposit are non-refundable and the session will not be rescheduled.

4. Digital Products and Prints

Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable photos, online galleries, or delivered images), all sales are final once images are delivered.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Client dissatisfaction with poses or appearances

Change of mind after purchase

Download or technical issues not related to our platform (but we’re happy to help resolve any issues you encounter!)

5. Service Cancellations by Photographer

In rare cases where we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances:

We will make every effort to reschedule your session.

If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of your deposit and any payments made will be issued.

6. Product Defects

If prints or products arrive damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.

We will gladly replace defective items at no cost.
